Does seroquel have a possible side effect that could cause one to drop things? Or dry eyes(my contacts are rather fuzzy and prescription is less than a month old)? I do also have tremors for which I've just started Inderal and have had the problem of dropping things before but it's all of the time now...3 times this morning just while trying to get my children breakfast. Both meds, seroquel 100mg and inderal 10 mg 2x were just started last Wednesday. I can't find anything that says either will...anyone know?

i take this medication as does my girlfriend.
Yeah, she gets side effects i don't and visa versa.
The other thing, pdocs will sometimes say in response to a client reporting a side effect, "yeah but that's only in rare cases", yeah but i've got it. The pdoc was oblivious. (this happened to me). So, anecdotally, i would expect there might well be other side effects not reported or documented because pdocs can appear to disregard them for whatever reason. Looking at the list, which i've never seen before in this format, it might give you some insight. I could tell you what i've known first and second hand, but this seems more comprehensive:
Dry mouth -- in up to 44 percent of people (see Seroquel and Dry Mouth)
Drowsiness -- up to 34 percent
High triglycerides -- up to 23 percent
Headaches -- up to 21 percent
Agitation -- up to 20 percent
Dizziness -- up to 18 percent
High cholesterol -- up to 16 percent
Weakness -- up to 10 percent
Constipation -- up to 10 percent
Fatigue -- up to 10 percent.
Some other common side effects (occurring in 2 to 10 percent of people taking the drug) included:
Indigestion or heartburn
Vomiting
Increased appetite
Lethargy
Nasal congestion
Abdominal pain (stomach pain)
Back pain
Weight gain (see Seroquel and Weight Gain)
Shakiness (tremor)
Sore throat
Fever
Rapid heart rate (tachycardia)
Irritated or runny nose
Vision problems.
Signs of diabetes, such as high blood sugar, increased thirst, frequent urination, or extreme hunger (see Seroquel and Diabetes)
Large or rapid weight gain
Suicidal thoughts
Dizziness or fainting when going from a sitting or lying-down position to standing
Feelings of internal restless or jitteriness
Any abnormal muscle movements (these abnormal movements can become permanent if Seroquel is not stopped quickly)
Signs or symptoms of neuroleptic malignant syndrome, which can include:
A high fever
Stiff muscles
Confusion
Irregular pulse or blood pressure
An increased heart rate (tachycardia)
Sweating
Irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias)
Signs of an allergic reaction, including:
Unexplained rash
Hives
Itching
Unexplained swelling
Wheezing
Difficulty breathing or swallowing.
Rare Seroquel Side Effects
Rare side effects of Seroquel occur in less than 2 percent of people taking the drug. Because these side effects are so uncommon, it is difficult to tell whether they are caused by Seroquel or by something else.
These rare side effects include, but are not limited to:
Anemia
Vertigo (a spinning sensation)
Increased or decreased sex drive (see Seroquel Sexual Side Effects)
Teeth grinding
Neck pain
Yeast infection
Increased salivation
Gas
Hemorrhoids
Canker sores
Migraine headaches
Cough
Nose bleed
Acne
Eczema
Impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction or ED
Dry eyes
Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
Low thyroid (hypothyroidism) or overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).
Take your pick. What you describe could be attributed to this i think dizziness and stuff is in there. And the eyes are right there, rare, but like i said before.
How should I take quetiapine?
Follow all directions on your prescription label. Never take quetiapine in larger amounts, or for longer than recommended by your doctor. High doses or long-term use of quetiapine can cause a serious movement disorder that may not be reversible. Symptoms of this disorder include tremors or other uncontrollable muscle movements.
Take this medicine with a full glass of water. You may take quetiapine with or without food.
Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release tablet. Swallow it whole.
Quetiapine may cause you to have high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). If you are diabetic, check your blood sugar levels on a regular basis while you are taking quetiapine.
You should not stop using quetiapine suddenly. Stopping suddenly may make your condition worse.
Blood pressure may need to be checked often in a child or teenager taking quetiapine.
Quetiapine can cause you to have a false positive drug screening test. If you provide a urine sample for drug screening, tell the laboratory staff that you are taking quetiapine.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
