Did you report it to the management? If not then no case at all. If you did and they failed to act then you would report them to the labor board or EOCC. They would investigate and determine if you have a case. Did you do that? If not then no case as you did nothing to permit the company to act. If you did a lawyer is a must as you can be sure the company will have them to fight you. You are not going to get a settlement fast regardless of whether or not you do it yourself.

Do you know what the law is (statutory and case law) on sexual harassment?
I didn't think so. You will get more money if you have a lawyer with you, assuming that the company is willing to pay something.
