You can try winging your eyeliner to look something like this:

It'll totally give your eyes a sense of intrigue to them :)
You can also just line your eyes with playful or vibrant gel liners, and place some white in the inner corners to make them seem more open.
You can also try fake lashes, which really make your eyes stand out!
