Whenever I go to a wokrestaurant I always eat wokked shrimp in oyster sauce.
It's literally the most delicious thing I ever ate.
BUT...
I just went to the store and bought a bag of shrimp and a bottle of oyster sauce to wok it myself.
I noticed it was sort of a small bag, so I figured maybe I'd throw in some eggs while I'm wokking.
My question is, will this be good or not? I LOVE egg, but I don't know if it'll change any different when it's coming straight from a wok.
Also, when wokking, what kind of oil do I need to use? Olive?

I had a shrimp and spinach omelet a few weeks ago and it was great.
Go for it. You have shrimp and you have eggs. How can you go wrong ! ! !
Believe me shrimp & eggs and chopped onions, this dish is out of this world. You can use oil like olive oil, veggie oil, corn oil. even butter. Preferable oil that is not too strong in the odor/flavor like coconut oil, to kill this shrimp/omelette dish. Heat wok, add oil saute shrimp, sweat the onions. Tip (remember to add the oyster sauce into the oil, shrimp and onion before the beaten eggs, so that your dish does not turn dark color because of the oyster sauce and also the mixture will be properly mixed first) a quick stir to mix then add in the beaten egg. Let it cooked, don't flip yet when the beaten egg has not curdled, otherwise you will break the omellette (medium high not too high heat, it will burn the bottom of the omelette) Another alternative, is to saute chopped garlic till golden brown, dish out, and cook the shrimp/beaten as above WITHOUT the onions this time. When omelette is done, take it out, sprinkle the crispy garlic on top, and you can even squirt hot sauce/ketchup over it. The same method can be used to fry rice, noodles even make a delicious noodle soup *
Canola oil. Get the wok real hot cook the shrimp depending on the size cook till one min done......Marble the eggs ( beat but only little leave it so therse still streams of white)... take out shrimp......again hot wok drizzle eggs beat with whisk throw shrimp back in mix up w/ sauce.
