Hey all! So my cat is pregnant, and it's been quite a while, we posted a couple questions on here due to concerns we've had, but today everything is different.. She's been following my boyfriend around everywhere today and he told me, I came and sat on the couch and she meowed at me for loving.. She is a cat who never meows and she is some what on the "stuck up" side.. I went to pet her, and her belly is a lot harder and bigger than it was yesterday.. She is now as I am typing this, she is laying on the couch on her back letting my boyfriend rub her belly while she curls her feet over his hand as if telling him to not stop it.. She has a collar on.. Would that affect anything happening?? Is she about to go into labor?? What is going on inside her? Also, she was trying to sit up from laying down and she had a hard time to get up, now she is licking our male cat, and she tried to reach to give him a kiss, and she couldn't, he had to lean in.. Is this normal? It seems like her belly is WAY to heavy for her to even get up.. It's just so cute :) Shes cuddly, wanting loving, meowing, and its just so cute watching her move.. Also if we feel her belly, we can feel the "babies" and I felt 3 for sure.. Is that a normal sized litter? And they feel pretty big.. It's adorable! Yesterday we could feel the babies move like constantly back and forth (rolling) and today we can still feel them moving, just not rolling.. Are we still able to pick her up? If so, is there a certain way? Is there a certain way she will lay while in labor? Is it normal for her to have a hard time to get up? Please help us out! Is it happening today?? Were so excited! And our male cat seems like he doesn't want to leave her.. And she want's him to be around her as well.. When she was following us, he was with her, and such.. Is this normal? Is she going to want him around during her labor??

well, before my cat went in labor she loved to cuddle and was VERY nice. (just like your cat) she had her kittens that night. and yes, 3 kittens is normal for a first time mommy. :) oh yes, and you might not want the male cat around during labor. sometimes they kill the kittens (i'm NOT kidding!) . just to be on the safe side, i wouldn't let the male cat alone with them for a few weeks. hope this helped! :)
