But the leader of the jamestown colony in Virginia was John Smith. He was one of the 105 original settlers in 1607.
Sorry i can't remember the second one. :(
*sidenote: pocahontas saved John Smith from being executed by the Powhatan Indians and became respected by the English settlers but most people get confused here she married John Rolfe.
