Depends upon where it is parked and whether the driver of an on-coming train can see it in time to stop. This in turn will depend upon time of day, visibility, track adhesion conditions, speed/weight of train, gradient and so on.
If the train cannot stop in time, then it depends upon what speed it is doing at the point of collision, and the spatial relationship between the car and train. If the car is struck a glancing blow, it will most likely be pushed aside. If struck full on, the car will be pushed along in front of the train. Whether the train is derailed depends upon luck, although this is unlikely: it requires a suitably-sized and robust part of the car to become detached, getting underneath the train and obstructing the wheels.
There was a sad case 2-3 years ago here in the UK when someone decided to commit suicide by stopping his car on a lonely automatic half-barrier level crossing. He got his wish, but the train was also derailed, and I believe I am right in saying that the train driver was also killed, but fortunately the passengers suffered only minor injuries.

Train hits car. The train doesn't care whether the car is stolen or not
