lol to the first answer, but honestly! I feel your pain.
Though, I do have a explanation.
The subbers who sub Special A(BakkaWolf...w.e) didn't start subbing Special A as normal because a new anime from Japan was supposed to released at the same time, and they needed to get it out as soon as possible to reach the most hits before the others did and also before fans got angry. So they set aside Special A and waited for that new anime to release, but! Turns out that the anime they were waiting for was DELAYED! And they couldn't start subbing Special A until they got the other anime out first incase it suddenly released while they were in the midst of Special A. So that's why it's so late.
