They are basically going to make sure that you are in good enough condition to be playing the sport, and making sure that if you have any restrictions that you need to be careful of in the sport that you know about it. They will want your height and weight basically they just make sure your are healthy and good enough to be playing your sport, and if there are any concerns or questions that you have for the doctor this is the time to ask them. Really it's not that big of a deal!
