yea but only if you sprint 100% jogging wont do you any good even though everyone(including me) hate them they do help a lot
yes. suicides are a thing that my coach makes us do until we practically collapse (or until someone makes a free throw)!
it helps build up your stamina (going different lengths of the court) and yes, speed. they are good for you, but i still hate them!!
yes much faster and will help immensely in basketball because you have to be quick to turn which really helps on crossovers and on defense.
aren't they the BEST??(lol)...once you get past the PUKING you are FASTER and have MUCH better STAMINA...lol
