Well If its at the Watchtower, Supermans Faster Flying ability is useless. It seems like Green Lantern Could Block anything that superman throws with a shield depending on how strong his will is. So the question is: Which is stronger? Superman or The Power Ring? I would have to say the ring could hold off superman, and he would get crushed

You didnt specify the Green Lantern so im just going to use the current New 52 Lantern which is Hal Jordan and Superman wins. Superman is just to powerful for new 52 Hal. Thats not saying its going to be a easy fight though. If we use post crisis them then I dont know. If they fought it could go either way with Superman winning sometimes and Hal winning sometimes.
