Use either Playtex Gentle Glide or Playtex Sport, they are plastic applicators so they go in smooth and you can buy the regular ones used for lighter days which aren't as big as the super ones, Playtex is the only brand that I can use they are the only ones that don't hurt me or feel like they are falling out and if you feel like it is falling out it is not in all the way you might need to change the angle try sitting on the toilet or putting one foot up on the toilet it might take a few trys before you find the right angle for you but you will get the hang of it...I know how annoying it is to try and find the right tampon I hope these work for you...Good Luck : )
If a tampon 'feels too big' or is falling out, the likelihood is you're not putting it in right, or you have a size that's too big for you.
Tampons do come in different sizes. Get a 'lite' or regular size first, preferably with an applicator. Plastic applicators are great too, they make it much easier to put them in. I don't know what brands they have where you come from, but here in the UK Tampax is a great brand, they do these tampons called Tampax Compak which are really small with plastic applicators.
You need to make sure the tampon is fully inserted - when it is, you won't feel it inside at all. All you will see is the string, and if you press lightly on the outside of your vagina you should not be able to feel the base of the tampon. There is a ring of muscle at the entrance to your vagina which holds the tampon in place, but you do have to push it in quite far.
There is really no other way to make sure you don't leak while swimming, but tampons are very easy once you get the hang of them, and they don't hurt at all if you put them in right.
Good luck.
I completely get the place you're coming from - I HATE pads, i think of they are gross and that they make me experience disgusting - tampons are a lot greater sanitary. there's a very sturdy answer right here, yet I additionally opt to assert, that I used tampons all however my teenage years - for some years earlier I had intercourse for the 1st time, and my hymen replaced into nonetheless intact, and that i bled. this is fairly unlikely that using tampons could tear your hymen, as they are very tiny and that they hymen would not thoroughly hide your hoo-ha, yet somewhat has a hollow it in to allow for menstration, and the tampon is sufficiently small to in large condition however this with out tearing the hymen...in case you relatively have one, because of the fact some ladies are born with out, or they could be torn for the period of activities, and so on.
try using the smallest sizer tampons available. oneswith applicators are best for new users. put a layer of vaseline on the tampon and it will be much easier to insert. try practising it in the next two days, don't force it at the last minute.
its either too big or too small. try the regular sized ones. if it feels uncomfortable you may not have it in all the way, esp if it falls out. try inserting it farther and use a regular sized tampon.
Well you could tell your mom about your period, or if you have a really light flo you could use liners before you get in the water then right before you get in you can go to the bathroom and take it out.
hope this helped, good-luck
try a smaller tampon
playtex sport or playtex glide is amazing for that kind of stuff--sports or heavy activity
also make sure they are in correctly
i would say wear the tampon, if it hurts that probably means you are doing it wrong. or tell your teacher and i'm sure they will understand.
Umm...tampons will stay in you...if they are falling out you aren't putting it in right or you have a really big chachi.
