My mother kitty is just under a yr old, right before birth her eye got red pupil dialated, third eyelid showing and red. I thought milky eue meant she needed vitamins so i added replacement formula to ker kitten chow diet twice a day and.it seemed to.clear, one kitty, then two kitties, now a third ones left eye is milky, only stay open if i wipe w saline every few hrs, or every hour. I have found liquid clavamox from petmeds.com, gonna but two 15 ml viles, and i found terramycin ointment in bulk online for 25 bucks for twelve unopened tubes on Ebay that expire in nov 2017. Its my understanding that a vet would start w this EXACT treatment but if symptoms werent signifigantly better in 48 hrs a vet visit is mandatory. Correct?

I've had kittens with conjunctivitis, and I think the treatment was more or less as you say, but I didn't try to diagnose and prescribe for it myself-- I took the kittens straight to my vet.
So wrong. Your kittens do have an eye infection and needs antibiotic ointment to treat it.
I have tried twice ordering terramycin on line (ebay) and you won't get it. Vets can't get terramycin (here in the US) so they are using erythromycin ophthalmic ointment 4 times a day and adding lysine to the kitten food.
Conjunctivitis is very contagious from cat to cat. Keep the eyes clean by gently wiping the eye with a moist cotton ball.
Just take one to the vet and tell them you have 3 kitties so you can get enough med for all 3.
Been there, done that.
Get to a vet. Your kitties need check ups and shots. Look for the low income program inline. It's called SNAP in CA. $86 for all shots and spay/neuter.
