I weigh 124 and I want to lose 15 pounds because I have a small belly and thats it. I just need to lose that fat. I know fat comes off everywhere, but I also know if I lose a significant amount of weight that it will decrease or go away. I need to lose most of it by August 22. Can you please give me tips on how I can achieve this? Also do those diet pills they sell at Walmart work? AND NO SPAM. Just answers.

No diet pills, those are bad for u! They made.my mom super sick. And she gained weight! This is gonna sound weird, but P90x is amazing. My aunt got it before swimsuit season and lost 20 lbs ! She also watched wat she ate, and ate healthier.
ok well this is probably not the best way to lose wieght or the healthy way but eating just two or three things (that are low calorie and healthy) a day, and becareful with those diet pills :/ plus exercise i know this is not easy but it works:) hope i helped.
