im tyring to lose at leat 5 pounds coz im starting to get fat:(:(
i've already done sum changes:
swiched from white bread to wholemeal bread
swiched from white pasta to wholemeal pasta
2 glasses of coke per week instead of everyday
and i've always done running 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours each time.
any other things i could do???
plzz help thnxxx
and how long b4 i see results???
btw im 110 pounds 5"3"

5'3 and 110 is quite perfect, not fat at all. the running is great and switching to whole grain is great but make sure the first ingredient says whole grain, not enriched anything, that means its not actually whole grain. just keep up the healthy habits, whats most important is being healthy. you could try adding weight lifting type exercises into your routine, that will build some muscle and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn each day, even when you're doing nothing. and be happy with yourself, you sound like a young girl, be confident and happy, do not dread a couple lbs, your weight fluctuates a few pounds from day to day anyway.
Dont you dare loose anymore weight! lol if anything gain 5 pounds... Its a well known fact!!! Anyone over 5'2 that is less then 110 repulses men and look weird (anorexic) please do not loose anymore weight.. i might sound mean saying this know but i only care about you when i say it !lol
What you're doing so far is good....but it all depends, how old are you?:)
