Would any of you happen to know where I would be able to rent a "certified/calibrated" standard torque wrench?
Thanks!
Update:I am a contractor and I have an inspector asking to verify an installation with a "certified and calibrated tool." I have an old one that I've always used but he said it isn't good enough. I know that I will likely never need it again, so spending the money to by Snap-On, MAC etc. is out of the question.

Usually Autozone will "rent" it out at the retail price. When you return it they will return your money- all of it, I believe. Others may have similar policies.
I'm not sure that it could be considered to be calibrated.

Not sure of rental, sorry. But AutoZone and those types of stores generally sell these for WAY less than $50. Might not be top quality but should be good for a few projects. Got one of mine for $20 and the other was $35.
Sears has better instruments if you want to spend more.
I've never seen any place rent a torque wrench.
There is really no reason to either, if I were you I would just buy one - they're not that expensive. Not only that, but who knows when you might need it again.
You can buy them at most hardware and automitive stores.
I recommend torquing all the bolts as required. All the bolts are important for their specific purpose. The hub nut must not be overtorqued since this can lead to premature failure of the wheel bearing. The hub assembly torque is kind of important too since it's not a good thing if the hub comes loose while doing 70 MPH on the freeway.
