I have a Toshiba Laptop and cannot seem to find my way to the properties for the touchpad/mouse. I'm trying to either adjust the sensitivity of the touchpad or turn off click-in while typing, but when I go to control panel and "mouse" (I don't have a "mouse properties" option) there is no option that says "advanced" or "device manager" as my research indicates there should be.
I have an external mouse that I use if I'm at my desk, but I've tried removing it in hopes the touchpad mouse will turn back up, but it hasn't worked.
Any ideas??

On my Toshiba Laptop I can turn the touch pad mouse on and off by hitting FN then F9.
