I work at a place that has over 1000 employees and I drive a company vehicle there. I just wasn't paying attention and i accidently ran a red light. A month later I get called into my bosses office about it, he doesn't care and just shows me the picture.
what do I do now? Can I fight it saying it wasn't me, I mean there are alot of employees here and it could be anyone driving that truck. I heard they send a proccess server after you, and if I avoid him for 90 days it becomes void, is that true in Arizona?

Well I'm going to upset you here because here's my response....
You messed up...pay the ticket.
Why do you feel the need to avoid answering to your own mistake?!
I can imagine next time you aren't paying attention and run a red light and hit another car...then what...run and blame someone else for your own childish behavior pointing fingers at someone else?
So let your boss pay the ticket! Boy that'll teach HIM a lesson for hiring such an irresponsible person as yourself who can't seem to be man enough when making a mistake...to admit you messed up and pay the fine!
Here's my suggestion....don't pay the fine. Then find out what really happens!
Personally...I'd say you best learn about the words "Integrity" and "Honor!" You, sir, have neither!
Just pay the ticket. You know you did it - now is the time for you to 'man up' and take responsibility.
Good grief! What is your problem? Pay the ticket and put it behind you, then you can live as a man, and not a mouse.
Why can't you man up and pay the fine? If your boss doesn't care, what is the problem??
These camera tickets line the pockets and pay for the PO PO to pick up hookers. Oh I'm bad they don't need to pay the hookers right just threaten them. Most police officers will let another bro officer go if they pull them over as a gesture of bro hood they suck, so do the cameras. I really have never had any use for law enforcement officials and have been able to protect me and mine fine.
