With this type of medicine less is more. Try to keep your dosage at the lowest possible minimum for best results. However if you feel pain and the additional pill is needed and obviously prescribed then take it it's fine.

People react differently to different medications. Tramadol was the only narcotic that I could take when I had terrible back pain that would not make me sleepy or sick.You technically can take a second pill, if that's what it says on the prescription, but I would be wary to double up on the medication as it is considered a narcotic and can be highly addictive.

It wouldn't hurt you. You might get a little sweaty and tired, but you'll be fine. Seriously though, watch how much you're taking. It's piss easy to get addicted to those things. Been there.
