Tramadol and acetaminophen question!?
Didnt hit me till after I left the doctors about this question I had. It's 910pm now and around 4 I took some tylenol extra strength stuff for a soar throat and decided I should probably go back to the doctors. I was prescribed Tramadol 50mg tablets. I know that acetaminophen and tramadol when mixed can be bad but how long should I wait to take the Tramadol?

Many formulations of Tramadol contain acetaminophen. Check the bottle. Add it to the acetaminophen in the Tylenol you took.
Don't take more than 3,000 mg of acetaminophen a day.
Actually, when used together, the combination provides better pain relief than either medicine used alone. I'd say that you could take the Tramadol now. :)
Should be fine to take together take exactly as your dr prescribed
