"Witaj" - Hello/Hi!
"Ja jestem z Poznania" - I am from Poznan
"Dziadki Kazimierz" - this is difficult, because it makes no sense in Polish :D "Dziadki" may mean "dziadkowie" - grandparents. "Kazimierz" is a male name, but also part of a certain's city name - Kazimierz Dolny. I'd bet that she meant that her grandparents are from Kazimierz Dolny, or some other city/village called "Kazimierz".
"W Polsce jest malo Dragulski, ale miło Was poznac." - There are not many Dragulskis (I assume it's a family name) in Poland, but it's nice to meet you.
"Pozdrawiamy" - We send you our greetings.
