I've committed a sin, and I'm ashamed of it. But though I've confessed to God my sin and he has cleansed and purified me, am I obligated to share this sin with other people? In other words, if I keep the knowledge of my sin from others, will that send me to hell? I am deeply ashamed of my sin. But as long as I am transparent with God, will I be okay?

Ask forgiveness from your victims.
I understand what you may be trying to say.
You aren't obligated to share the sin w/others, as long as you don't lie about it---if the subject of that sin (whatever it was) comes up.
Keeping the knowledge of your sin from others wouldn't send you to hell...
trying to put one over on God, is the quickest way TO hell though.
IF there are victims because of your sin, you should make amends to them
If you don't tell us how can God see if you are TRUELY sorry? Would you want to risk going to HELL for THAT? Repentance is an action not just a state of mind.

No, you have to face the result of your sin.
As long as you don't tell lies about it, you don't need to go shout your dirty laundry to the world
