I was thinking of biting the bullet and spend $200 on a piar of traxxas 7.4v 7600mah 25c lipo batteries for a revo converted to electric if I have a big electric motor that drains the battery would 2 7600 mah batteries give me that good run time (aiming for 40 minutes) estimating of course and is it really worth the extra money to buy these batteries? I'm new to electric what would you recommend for this rc. (tekin 2250 brushless motor)

With that much run time, you may get 40 minutes, but the bigger problem is heat. Depending on your gearing, if you are not careful, you could damage the motor and ESC by having such a long run time.
The good side - if you aren't running lipos yet, you'll love the extra punch they give you and as long as you gear it right, you'll get a much longer runtime over the stock 3000s. Watch heat and good luck.
The higher the mAh rating, the longer your run times will be.
How and where you run will also factor in to how much run time you get. For instance running in grass tends to decrease run times. How much you get into the throttle will play a part too. So, it really is impossible to to estimate run times for someone that has never seen you drive the Revo.

but be sure to check the dimensions to verify they will fit before you buy them.
I think 40 minutes is really on the edge, but may be possible. It would help to know what you currently have and what run times you are getting now in order to estimate run time with other batteries.
properly it actually relies upon on how stressful you run it in case you run it finished out this is going to final like 10 min yet while your on and rancid and in basic terms cruising around 20 min and the battery on an entire cost will final over and hour if no longer longer I even have one and that i rarley could cost the battery while im working it bashing what i dont understadn what you advise yet once you get this truck tuned suitable it is astounding mine will do over 60mph and pa wheelies whenever you pull the set off
