I am a pitcher and i need to work on my triceps and deltoid. I need some home easy exercise to work those muscle. I also long toss. So i need excersices to be done at home to work on triceps and deltoid.
Most exercises that require you to lift your arms above your head will work your deltoids.
As for your triceps, I'd recommend tricep dips. These can be easily done with the help of a chair or two, or even your bathtub, if you want a more stable anchor. See the link I've posted below for a detailed description of the tricep dips.
Try to find a trainer that can design a good routine always remembering that the most important thing about exercise is knowing how would it help you to improve the sport you are about to practice.Not every routine for the same muscle necessarily will improve your performance on every sport.Exercise with relaxing techniques have always been the best choice for baseball.

Push ups work the triceps and the anterior deltoid. With light dumbells you can work the entire deltoid doing military presses and/or lateral raises.
