Ok i got my mom a trio mp3 player for x-mas and when we try to download the disc in the computer nothing comes up and nothing is in the my computer documents folder. what do i do? i tried reading the instruction but it says to insert disc and it will pop up. it doesnt say anything for troubleshooting. please help. thank you and happy holidays.
