No you're not. Works do not save us, nor do they condemn us. Belief in Jesus Christ is needed...belief only. John 3:16
There is no god, let's get that straight now.
If you want to believe in occult, and psychics, you might as well abandon christianity now because the christian community will shun you for being evil.
I am dead serious, they will try to touch you, pray over you, and they will most likely alert your family, and have them get you counseling.
Hell doesn't exist, so you can take that out of the picture, it doesn't matter what goes wrong or right, death is certain and life is short, live the way you want.
I don't get the whole true/false thing, but yeah, there's my answer.
If you really want to please God, Jehovah being his name, you would care about how he feels about the occult, astrology and so forth. Why worry about going to hell when you know from the Bible that these things are things God hates. It was the astrologers that caused all the baby boys to be killed from 2 years old and under because of the star that led them to wicked king Herod who wanted Jesus dead. Matthew 2:1-18 After reading these Scriptures, ask yourself: "Do I really want to hurt Jehovah God and lose my life with no hope of a resurrection? John 5:28 and 29 Do you want to remain in God's memory if you die suddenly by an accident or something? God hates idolaters and those who practice spiritistic things. Learn about the occult at www.jw.org.
Well here is the thing and what you are is not truly a Christian but one who has a smorgassboard diet of religion. You pick and choose what you want and disregard the rest as if that was ok with God the LORD Almighty. Yet it don't work that way. You can't truly believe in God and in His Christ and in those things He says do not believe in., because you will love the one and hate the other or you will hold to the one and disregard the other, you can not serve God and mammon (or any other apposing belief) You either are all in faith for God in Christ and the Word of God and forsaking all others cleaving all to Him alone. For you can't please God in the way you believe now.
It seems like a bit of a contradiction to me. You believe in God and Jesus, but you want to go dabbling in the occult? As far as your standing before God, I cannot say. But, you run the risk of bringing "unwanteds" into your life.

Dear Friend,
Just believing in God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is not enough. The word "believe" means to ...entrust in Jesus completely. That means there is no room for "other" gods.
Jesus told us in Mark 12:30 "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with 'all' (100%) thy heart, and with "all" (100%) thy soul, and with "all" (100%) thy mind, and with "all" (100%) thy strength: this is the first commandment."
No other gods. Exodus 20:3 and God said, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."
You may say, "Well, just because I believe in other things, that doesn't mean that they are ...gods." Our opinions do not count. Only what the Word of God says. When we put ...anything or anyone ahead of almighty God, then that something or someone else has taken the place of your "first" love.
Jesus said in Revelation 2:4, "Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love."
The word Christian means, "Christ-like." Therefore, anyone who professes to be a Christian demonstrates who they are in Christ by their ...lifestyle. Like Christ.
Either we are for God or against God. There is no such thing as straddling the fence and dabbling in things that are 'not' of God. God's Word is His instruction Manual for man to live a safe, abundant life in Him.
Tender blessings,
Read about Saul and the witch of Endor. That didn't end well,
So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit (there's your occult dabbling), to inquire of it; 1 Chronicles 10:13
False! I believe that the number 42 is the meaning of life. Anything outside of that is just wrong.
There is no evidence of any gods or goddesses
There is no contemporaneous evidence that jesus ever existed.
There is no evidence that psychic ability, astrology, or the occult are real.
If this is for a homework assignment, the answer would be true. If it is not for academic reasons, the answer can go both ways depending on what other people believe.
