Two "pimples" inside of my vagina?
I have two "pimples" inside of my vagina, ones on the left, ones on the right, they showed up randomly, I have unprotected sex, and they are small, hurt, also I found out I have an yeast infection the other day, which is being treated, but in the same time, these "pimples" occured, what could they possibly be? I'm only 22, and I've had sex with four men, my entire life. I wash/clean myself each time after sexual intercourse.

Since you didn't say I am going to assume you are having unprotected sex since you are worried, which is not smart and highly dangerous- it is your life you are risking. The pimples could just be pimples or from the yeast infection or it's medication, or a reaction from the type of birth control if you were using any. Unfortunately they could be a STD like herpes or worst, start protecting yourself and get tested.

I don't want to sound like a parent (21 here) but please in the future don't take anyone's word and always practice safe sex. Now the symptoms you have describe it sounds like you have folliculitis. DO NOT PANIC as it is curable with proper use of antibiotics. I would advice that you go get yourself immediate medical attention from a doctor or OB/GYN. It sounds like your vestibular glands have just swollen probably due to the yeast infection.
Vestibular gland secrete fluid onto the vulva and are entirely normal. Usually they just sit back but due to infection have probably just become slightly inflammed

Yes those "skin tags" are supposed to be there. I do not know about the purple but i'm sure it is normal I hoped this helped!!!
