start out easy in and out then move a little faster talk to her while this is going on to see if it is okay for her and how she is feeling. if it hurts her then slow down and take it easy again.
Communication is the key to it all. Talk to her, ask her if she likes what you are doing. if she says yes, then keep dong it. but if you try somthing and she gives you the shoulder, then obviously dont do it again. talk talk talk is the best way to find out what she wants
my bf had the same problem not knowing how to touch me, but just let her show how she wants to be touched, or ask her if you're doing it right. She alone will know exactly how she likes it.
