Un employment NY can I collect?
if my employer sells business and new owner has no work for me can I collect un employment and if new employer offers less pay do I have to take what they offer? or if hours are cut?

If new owner has no work for you, you could be eligible.
Of new owner cuts your pay, you would not be eligible.
If your hours are cut, you may be eligible for partial benefits. If and when in doubt , APPLY!!!
