So I used to ignore this until I sat talking with my dad I told him when I was younger I saw some sort of white smoke in my room even though the window was shut, my brother saw it too a few days before me. I then told him about a time I was lying in bed and I felt someone sit on my bed and whisper very quickly in my ear too quickly for me to understand what it was saying. However I am aware that sleep paralysis is a thing and it could and probably is just that. Although my dad told me that in the house before the one we live in now he felt someone sit on the bed too, but it didn't say anything and in the first house we lived in my mum felt someone lie down next to her. I think it's a huge coincidence if it is just sleep paralysis. What could this be? Is it dangerous? Nothing has happened in a while but I'm curious to what this is. From any kind of view any kind of religious or scientific view.

You don't mention being paralyzed, which (obviously) is a requirement for sleep paralysis, but maybe you just left that out. If you meant to say hypnagogia, essentially a waking dream, that's the number one rational explanation for the vast majority of such events. That's why the great majority of genuine 'ghost' sightings and other paranormal reports happen at night and often in the bedroom, because they're related to sleep and dreams, and aren't paranormal in the first place.

I do not believe everything you have said, because it has nothing of real evidence to the contrary is that the spirits do not fall asleep on the bed with you to keep you company.
The sosiddetta paralysis is a different story, if there is something in it is based on the paranormal, I'm not here to tell you what it is, otherwise someone invents another story like yours. Ok!

I say and confirm that you have created a false story, I believe in spirits, but the spirits you have not seen them, clear ?
SO you saw "mist and smoke" from an unexplained source. How is THAT "paranormal" Even though it is unexplained, there is no reason to ascribe "paranormal" aspects to it. And why can't even the skeptics accept that the smoke might have been there? What the hell is "paranormal" or "impossible" about smoke?
We don't know everything yet. But still, unexplained smoke is not anything to ascribe to the "supernatural" or, from the skeptic side get "bent out of shape over", simply because SOME people might think it is some sort of "Ghost"---it was only smoke, nothing more.---HOWEVER there might be some sort of phenomena, known or still unknown that produced the smoke.----This is what we study, to solve the mystery.----not get into some sort of crazy debate about paranormal beings that have nothing to do with it, or to go into denial mode and deny it was there simply because of the wild speculation of its nature.
Update, I was talking to my friend who said after I left from staying at his house for a while his computer went on the fritz. When it was working perfectly fine before.
What your dealing with is demons....you need to get some church people over or my all can do it and anoint your house with oil and pray the blood of Jesus over it😁
