Well, without being specific, I'm not sure how to answer. We followed a Russian Task force around the North Atlantic for 3 days and recorded them without being detected. We were the closest Nuclear capable Submarine to Iraq during Desert Storm and were at Defcon 3.
We once lost operation of all of our High pressure air compressors and almost lost control of our ballast tanks, so we had to high tale it in to get parts before we sank.
Fires were common int he Clothes dryers, woke up alot to "Bong Bong Bong" over the loud speaker.
Diving is pretty earie at first because of the deck plates "popping" when the hull is compressed. Let me know if I can add more.
Robert S. - There are only two types of Ships(boats) submarines and targets. ; P
Ya the Navy said they where going to take me back to the states after making me witness the resualts of stealing this nuclear bomb and dropping it on millions of innocent cannibals and the only thing I remember was getting on and geting in the berth or bunk and putting some stereo head sets on and the next thing we where there in San Diego and you could feel the sub surfacing lots of excitment those two things.
