For almost 2 years I have been receiving 3.8/4.1 pros and cons. I have not been NJP'd or received any type of charge or negative counseling. I'm asking this question due to what my staff has recently submitted for my pros and coins as 4.0/3.9. I'm looking for legit information on what grounds they have to give such terrible pros/cons with no njp or paperwork
