What makes you think you can get those qualifications?

You must be in a job that would have you needing those qualifications such as Recon, Force Recon, Marsoc or ANGLICO.

Force Recon

Combat Diver, Airborne, HALO/HELO

Battalion Recon

Combat Diver, Airborne, HALO/HELO

ANGLICO (Only some teams receive it; Depends on what part your performing)

Airborne, they could a host of other specialized training but they're not SpecOps

Infantry

As a reward to good service or good conduct you can be rewarded an opportunity to go to Ranger School and Airborne School or both eventually, but you'll never jump in the infantry unless you do one of the three above.

By being a special ops MARSOC member. No other way, marines don't do airborne oprations unless they are recon and same goes for scuba.
