Email them with the tracking information as well as Your account information. Explain with the economy being as bad as it is different companies are becoming more and more competitive. Promise to go elsewhere and to blog them on all of the many websites made up to complain about delivery services.

Sounds like you will need to give them a call. You have the delivery

confirmation number and it is their responsibility to track it down. You pay enough to have the best service. Looks like the package got pushed aside and they need to locate it.

Call them and complain to them. Ask them what's going on. That's what a friend of mine had to do when a package she sent for didn't arrive in a timely fashion.
