vegetarian nutrician help (please read description)?
i am 13 years old and have been a vegetarian for two years. i think i have a dietary deficiency because i am always tired. any help would be appreciated (:
The single best thing you can do for your health is eat a big bowl of leafy greens daily. Use lemon juice and olive oil or hummus instead of dressing. Focus on fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. If you like milk, use soy, almond, coconut or hemp milk. Avoid processed foods and refined carbohydrates like white flour products and sugar.
You might not be eating healthy, after all Potato chips are Vegan but still bad for you.
You can still be a Vegetarian & healthy.
Try keeping a food journal & bring it to your appointment, maybe you just need to switch it up some.

in case you do no longer consume meat (era), you're a vegetarian. Are you particular they are not complicated you with a vegan, who would not consume meat, eggs, or dairy? Or are they so stupid in assuming you're a vegetarian, which they have self belief is comparable to vegan? Does that make sense? The first thing that u should do is to add a lot of protein in ur diet....Protein helps the body from getting tired.....and the other thing ,approach a doctor and a nutritionist and take a healthy food schedule from the nutritionist which is good for ur health.....
We really can't help you without knowing what you eat. See a professional who will have you write down what you're eating and then analyze your diet, or, if you aren't too lazy you can do that yourself. Write down portion sizes and the info from labels on prepared foods, use the FDA website to determine what you should be getting and then compare. If you prove to be deficient in something, research foods that are a good source of that nutrient and eat them.
After that, you might work on your spelling and then learn to work the shift key.
You're probably anemic. Anemia is low iron in your blood. At your age you're growing (or should be growing) quickly. Your need for all nutrients is growing right along with your body. Iron in veggies is called non heme iron and much harder for your body to absorb and use than the heme iron in animal foods (meat, eggs, dairy). Look, you're building the body today that you'll live with for a very, very long time. You really need to pay attention to the building blocks (food) that you're using in its construction.

Cyber Stalker is wrong. One can not say with confidence that you are anemic, it is just a possibility now.
For example, you could have iodine deficiency that messed up your thyroid, which leads to hypothyroidism.
A obvious one that EVERYBODY missed is vitamin b12 deficiency. I bet my money that that is what she has.
Also, she could have little DHA and EPA fatty acids.

Get tested for diabetes? Avoid sugar and high carb meals. All carbs and vegetables turn into sugar. eat some meat, eggs and nuts.
vegetarians are a very poor food
as because they dont eat meet
they are not very nutricious
before eating a vegetarians
try eating someone who has just had a hamburger first
