As for weaknesses, Vileplume has Flying, Fire, Psychic, and Ice. Bellossom has Fire, Flying, Bug, Ice, and Poison. So Vileplume does have less weaknesses.
Base stats are essentially the same, the only discrepancy is that Vileplume has 100/90 Sp. Atk./Sp. Def., respectively while Bellossom has 90/100 Sp. Atk./Sp. Def., respectively. The two Pokemon won't be doing much defensive work so any extra attack power is nice. Advantage: Vileplume.
So Vileplume is better, though in all honesty both are pretty crappy.
hearth pink and leaf eco-friendly are only remakes of the unique pink and blue and are also portion of the third technology of pokemon video games like ruby and sapphire. the purely distinction between both video games is the pokemon you are able to seize.

Since Vileplume is a third evolution pokemon, it would have way higher stats than bellossom. Vileplume is much better choice!
