Walgreen's photo lab?
I was wondering if I could just go into Walgreen's and put my memory card in the a machine to have my pictures developed? I am having troubles with my computer.

No. Developing is for film.
If you are talking about printing out digital pictures, then you should be able to do what you suggest at Walgreens.
But why not call them and ask? Crazy but true.
