I have been playing warcraft 3 on my computer and after some time, when there is a lot of movement, of a lot of action in the game, my computer crashes with the blue screen. I looked it up and it said I need to update my drivers, but I can't find the driver update for my integrated soundcard, SoundMAX HD audio. I also patched the game to the latest version.
My computer has Intel Q965/963 chipset family, 3.4GHz processor, 4GB ram. This setup is supposed to be sufficient for warcraft 3, but it keeps crashing. Is there anything else I should do, besides getting a higher performance computer?
Update:@Daniel, how can you tell its missing system files? It runs everything else fine except this game only, which is the only time it has ever crashed.I have no viruses as my security system is very good and I do constant checks.

Your computer has a huge chunk missing from it's operating system files. Run a virus scan or backup all your files (including game saves) or simply backup all that stuff and reinstall your operating system.
Yea i am having the equal situation it continues crashing. At one factor it used to be while I used to be seeking to paint a wall. In an additional it was after I was looking to attend a category within the nearby. I'm getting so pissed off considering I had all the sims 2 games mounted and the entire stuff packs and downloads and it on no account crashed on my computer, no longer once and i get the sims three and cant even play it for an hour with out it crashing. I'm hoping any individual can support all of us...
