Ok, now I'm going to explain my situtation and many of you are going to say "do it the healthy way" I don't need answers like that. I simply want my question answered. Thank you.
I am 5'5. I currently weigh 132. My goal weight is 120. I know my metabolism is weak, I have been dieting for nearly a year and living on about 800 calories a day since then. I have lost 57 pounds.
I want to get off the last of this weight so I can relax some. Please people, tell me what ammount of calories to eat, and what ammount to burn. I've tried to figure it out myself, but it's to confusing.

Sounds like you have done very well so far. Stick with the 800 calorie diet but increase your exercise and you will be successful in loosing the weight, try lots of fruit and vegetables and get whole grain foods when possible.
If your metabolism is weak, that means you did not do it in the right way. Maybe you think that you proceeded to get in a healthy way, but that's not enough, you need to be healthy and efficient.
