Since age 10, I've been always hungry. Now that I'm overweight, I don't feel like exercising because my parents tried dominating my routine. I never feel full.
A bit ago I tried the "negative calorie" diet, which seemed to actually work, I lost almost a pound each day, but I added in some meats to stay healthy. I did some exercising to keep my mind busy(mostly jogging), but my parents kept saying to lift weights and that way I'd get muscular. I told them I wanted to first lose the weight, then build up. I couldn't handle both(bodybuilding while over weight is VERY hard), and after a week of my parents pestering me, I gave up and gained back the weight. I have VERY low self esteem, I've literally been bullied daily until my sophomore year, and my first true friend was in 6th grade. I know I sound lazy, and I probably am. But I don't care anymore, I've gotten so desperate that I trued to get a stomach sleeve put in, but was too young, and even tried to buy tapeworm eggs, but their illegal. I've dealt with abuse my whole life so please no mean comments. I need to know of any legal and SAFE methods, like stuff that suppresses hunger, I'm 6'4 and weigh about 235, and I'm only 16. Thank you and god bless those with similar problems.

Quite a story you tell here. I hope I can help you.
First, there are no safe and legal quick fixes for suppressing hunger and have lasting results, which I presume, you want to achieve. A healthy body is the product of how you live. Of course genetics play an important part, but that does not mean anyone should be overweight (except those with very very rare conditions). This means that in order to lose fat and achieve a healthy weight and amount of fat you should eat a healthy diet. That means no diets in which you don't eat any fats or diets that are really low on calories. They will let you lose weight for a time, which is mostly water, a bit of fat of course but also muscle mass which you don't want to lose. In order to eat healthy, watch the following:
-Drink enough water/fluids(at least 1,5-2 liters a day)
-No snacks, sweets, sodas or anything that only contains calories and no vitamins, minerals or other essential nutrients. You eat to supply your body with necessary nutrients, not just to fill the tank.
-Regular eating will help in staving off hunger, so at least 3 meals a day.
-You could have some fruit in between meals, but don't go crazy on them. They do contain natural fiber that helps in weight loss and vitamin C (2-4 pieces of fruit each day)
-Adequate amounts of protein. Although most people on a Western diet have no trouble meeting protein demands.
-Lots of vegetables. It is hard to eat too much vegetables. They contain fiber, little energy and lots of vitamins and minerals, all helping you getting healthier and normalizing your metabolism.
Second, although your parents may have brought it to you the wrong way, strength training is necessary for multiple reasons 1: It maintains or increases muscle mass, even when on a calorie restricted diet. 2: It increases your resting metabolism and burns quite a few calories during training 3: Hormonal changes that will help you lose fat. (some that suppress hunger a bit and a few that increase fat burning). Strength training can be done by anyone. I have trained many people who were obese, diabetic, had cardiovascular problems, cancer or lung problems. All could train, and hard when that was required of them and they received proper instructions and guidance. I would recommend strength training for two to three times a week on non consecutive days. For a training program, to help you start, look at the link I provided in the references.
Third: While you do some running, for optimal results I would recommend interval training at very high intensities. You don't need to spent hours of cardio training, in fact I recommend not to. I mostly recommend my clients 15 to 20 minutes at maximum. Alternating 1 minute of very high intensity cardio with 1 minute of recovery. This can be done on a treadmill, stationary bicycle, elliptical trainer or any other cardiomachine in the gym. As long as you get really tired, you're asking your body to improve metabolism, which helps losing fat and increasing your endurance. Perform cardiotraining after your strength training two to three times a week.
Fourth: Physical activity is also very important. You can train much, but if you sit around for the rest of the day, you will not have as much result as when you're active. This means at least 30 minutes of walking or cycling or other low intensity activities a day. Pick an activity that you enjoy, and it will help reduce stress levels as well as aid in recovery from training.
Fifth: Sleep and rest are very important in health and metabolism. Most adults need between seven and nine hours of continuous sleep. You're body is allowed to recover and get stronger when you're training during sleep. Fat metabolism increasing hormones are produced more when you sleep enough, and stress levels which can prevent you from losing weight are reduced.
Sixth: You live the life you want to. There are many people around who will be mean or rude, but there are good people as well, who will accept you for what you are. Don't waste time on the first ones. Live your life as you think you should and are happy with and people enjoying a similar outlook on life are bound to come into your life. Besides, people who find it necessary to pick on others need it to feel better about themselves, which means they have very low self esteem themselves.
I know that it's easier said than done, but you're still young and can choose to change a lot. It only takes the courage and will to do it.
Good luck!
