lost 124 already, need to lose about 30-35 more.
BUT sagging skin is a possibility, so I need to do weights as well to fill out the skin.
What is more important? running/jogging/walking to lose the fat, or doing weights in the gym?
Update:Will my skin have the same appearance if I lose fat first, and THEN build muscle afterwards?
Does it have to be simultaneous?

More muscle from weights will make you feel stronger and healthier and naturally make running/jogging "easier". You'll lose inches for certain but don't get obsessed when you don't see the weight loss since muscle weighs more. I dropped 3 dress sizes doing weights and jogging, so it's better to watch your BMI decrease than actual pounds. If you only do cardio then there's likelihood of looking like deflated balloon. More muscle will continuously burn fat even when you are doing nothing. Congrats on the weight loss.
