weight loss: extra cardio, or extra gym time?

lost 124 already, need to lose about 30-35 more.

BUT sagging skin is a possibility, so I need to do weights as well to fill out the skin.

What is more important? running/jogging/walking to lose the fat, or doing weights in the gym?

Update:

Will my skin have the same appearance if I lose fat first, and THEN build muscle afterwards?

Does it have to be simultaneous?
