Weight loss question.?

Well, you see I'm trying to eat healthy during the week but then when it comes to the weekend I totally start pigging out and I can't help myself. I keep telling myself I won't do it but at te end I do it, which bugs me because then it means that all the healthy eating I did during the week goes to waste since I started eating all this junk food. I do go to the gym everyday, but it doesn't help during the weekends since I eat so much. :/ Any tips on how to stop over eating during weekends, please?
