I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
If you wrapped yourself in clingfilm, it wouldn't do anything but make you lose water weight, and once you hydrate yourself again it would be put back on. My suggestion to lose weight is eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Eat every two hours. My brother who is a personal trainer gave me this recommendation when I was trying to lose weight to go to PLDC in the army. In the morning, do a half an hour of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, this way your body is burning fat and calories that is already processed in your system. If you eat you are just burning off what you just ate. Make yourself eat low-fat ie, chicken breast, yogurt, fruit. I did this and exercised two times a day for a month and I lost 20 pounds. But realize that with this, it isn't smart to obsess on the scale. You will be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. You can weigh more but look leaner and smaller. Good Luck!
Well the effect is really low so it will just make you feel really, well no word for the feeling!!! How much do you want to lose? There is a perfect diet with a short time to spend in the GIM if u ask me if u have to lose 10kg don't even go to the GIM but if its more then go to the GIM but like 45 min Active work!!!
Morning
Orange juice and 5-6 nuts
then till 4pm eat just fruit _____this is the same every day!!!
don't mix proteins with carbohydrate(read more about carbohydrate)
meet, eggs(this are proteins) and beans (beans, bread this is carbohydrate)
don't mix and eat every thing with lots of salate
GOOD LUCK!!!
P.S.
don't spend time on wrapping and somethings like that, a little healthy combinations and no sweats and bread for few weeks and u will be a BOMB:)
It would make you feel like crap and it would just make you sweat. It would be purely water weight. I wouldn't suggest it. If you uncomfortable you likely wont work out as long or hard so it would be counterproductive to your weight loss plans.
You would sweat more, Heating up your body and burning more more calories. But it is not a good idea because you could end up cooking yourself alive. you can also get brain damage from lack of oxygen, because you also breathe through your skin. So it's risky if you do try it, but i wouldn't recommend it.
If you did do this, the weight you lose would only be water weight from sweating so much.
Before going to store to buy food items firts list them
Eat less at night
when you eat calorie friendly fruits and vegetables that are in season they tend to taste better and you re more likely to enjoy them
the mix of cardio and toning five times a week will keep metabolism humming
