Ok well when i decided to shed off some pounds I started at 190 lbs now im at 170 lbs and for my height of 6" thats considered like a 23.1 BMI so its in the healthy range. Thats good and all but i still feel like i have lots of body fat in my body really its mostly all in the stomach area =/ so should i change my diet plan and excersice so i can lose the stomach fat?
( i dont eat fried foods, eat lots of fruits/ veggies, dont eat candy/ sugary treats, eat only 100% whole wheat, soy milk and all that good stuff for you. Plus i run for around 1 hour or so everyday)

Fat weighs less than muscle. You can weigh a little and still be fat or weigh a lot and still be trim. I go by inches not weight. Buy yourself a goal outfit and when it fits like a glove and your happy then you can maintain your size.
