sugars and sweets are barley used by the body, its only used to provide glucose levels to the cells, you only need about 50 mg a day, providing youre not a diabetic. a normal candy bar has about 500 mg. thats 10 times more than youre body needs, so it will store that as fat. and because its so little needed and so much is consumed it is really hard to lose weight while eating that kind of stuff.

probably not if you are as active as you describe and young
if you are young- then you will look like the young michael jordan- skinny & fit
if you are old- then you will look like the old michael jordan- a bit fat & getting worse
-thus in conclusion...you might be able to get away while you are young, but your habits will eventually catch up with you.
