I am a little overweight and would like to get a bit skinnier. I weigh 150 lbs, 5'3.5", and my BMI is 25.7. I'm Fourteen and really want to inprove. Any suggestions for quick weight loss?
Since you obviously don't know too much about weight loss, let me first start off by telling you that it is not realistic and/or healthy to have 'quick weight loss'.
You should lose weight at a slower pace. The slower you lose it, the better chances you have of not gaining it all back.

Don't use a scale for the first three months of weight loss, and you gain muscle and water weight the scale will lie. Many ppl lose hope too fast when tey don't realize what it is. Go by how your clothes fit and how you feel at first.
Eat les sbreads, or buy weightwatchers breads, they are a lot less fatty, don't eat a lot of fatty meats-like red meats, and stay away from fast foods.
Be careful around snacks that say they are healthy, many people don't realize the sugar intake is the same as eating a chocolate bar -read the ingrediants and other things on it first..And then other people see something with a health lable an deat more then one, which works out to the equivalent of one unhealthy snack..so it doesn't work. lol.

At 14, you really don't need to worry too much about food chemistry because you still have years of growing ahead of you and you will most likely naturally thin out. Ideally, your objective should be to be healthy and fit, not "skinny."
The simple rule of thumb is: cut out the junk and replace it with something low cal (i.e. no more pop, no more pizza, pizza rolls, burgers and esp not cheeseburgers, no candy bars, fries, fried chicken, etc.) If all you do is lay off the garbage and exercise, you'll drop weight.
You don't need to even go on a special exercise program, just play sports at school or sign up for swimming or go to your school's gym.
Find something physical you like to do and work it into your schedule. Even better, find someone to do it with you.

but theres some times you go crazy for food, during these workout plan. than just eat an apple or something,
