cardio and weight training. thats about how much i want to lose. you need to do at least 20 mins of cardio, about 3 days a week. and try to do weight training (squats, overhead presses, just lifting weights) at least 2 days a week. and cut out as much junk food as you can! thats just as important as working out.
Amanda is right. Cardio and weight training are a must. I go to the gym 6 days a week. All 6 days I do cardio. Every other I do weight training. But exercise alone will not always work. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet and stay away from processed food and junk food. Also, look up negative calorie foods to enjoy as much as you like. Do not only eat negative calorie foods or you will become malnourished. But adding them with carbs such as rice and pasta will help you slim down yet feel full. I highly recommend checking out discoveryhealth.com and using their National Body Challenge program. It has tons of recipes and exercises, plus a log to record your progress.
why is it loose??go for a walk 30-45 minutes followed by yoga or pilates for another 30-45 mins ...do this routine 6 days a week BUT keep up with it to avoid the weight from coming back
