i am almost 14 years old & weight about 120. I dont consider my self fat but i would love to loose like 5 pounds. how can i do this ? what should i eat or do for exercises ? please help ! however mygoal isnt really to weight less, its to be healthy and clear up my skin. so any tips ? thanks (:

Eat a bunch of healthy foods, cut out the bad carbs and stop eating junk food. Go to the gym and do sit ups and cardio. The pounds should come off in about 2-3 weeks! :)
