OK,so i'm a 20 year old 5'8" guy weighing in at 192 lbs.Losing 30 lbs was and is my goal since the start of April so as to compete in my kick boxing weight class. So I started going to the gym for 1 hr every day while maintaining my kickboxing regime 1 hr everyday. It's been intense. I feel like I should be losing crazy weight with all the workout burn, but the other day I weighed myself and there was no change. After one month I still weigh in at 192.I stopped eating pizza and fast foods and decreased my food intake which fyi was a huge decrease. The only difference in my diet was more protein intake. I drank one scoop of a 25g protein per day,but still, that shouldn't be enough to increase my muscle mass that much in so little time. What should I do to lose weight?Should i eat less? workout more per day?decrease wight lifting and do more kickboxing (cardio)?

Exercise is good for you in a great many ways, but by itself does little for weight control. If you work out very hard you will burn more energy, but you will also be hungrier and want to eat more.
No matter how hard you work, to lose weight you MUST limit your calorie intake to less than what it takes to stay the same weight (yes, that means dieting.)
If you don’t track your daily calories consumed, you will have no idea how you’re doing.
Here is a good site that helped me lose weight. It has information on calculating needed calories and LOTS of tips:

Well sometimes it takes a while for your body to lose fat and no you should be eating more most people make the mistake of eating less when they should be eating more food which are more nutrient dense rather than worry about calories. Also weight resistance training is also important along with cardio. I've been at it for 10 months and I am still trying to lose fat and I still have a pot belly but you just got to keep on going and not give up because fat loss is more of a journey rather than a quick fix
resistance bands are a comfortable and affordable at home exercise option for strength straining
sniff a banana an apple or a peppermint when you feel hungry
