What grades come up on a official transcript?
I am currently in a community college but when I decide to transfer to a University I will need to give them a transcript. But I want to know what grades come up on a transcript do the classes you might of dropped do they come up on the transcript. Or does the transcript only show the grades for which degree you are pusuing.

The grades for the classes you have completed will show up. If you attempted a class and dropped it, it will show up as having been dropped. But since you dropped it, they won't see the grade you had. They will only see that you dropped the class.
I don't know about drops, since I never did any. For certain, all of the courses you took and received a grade for, even an incomplete, will appear in the transcript. I presume a late drop will also appear as a dropped course. Not sure if you dropped the course within the allowed delay (usually the schools give you a couple weeks or something to change your courses without penalty) whether that would appear or not. Probably not, as it is as though you never took the course.
Otherwise, everything that you officially registered for will appear on the transcript.
The transcript may sometimes show overall grade average and grade average for the major. This can be quite different for some people. My undergrad transcript did this.
The universities vary in accepting transcripts from the community colleges. Also colleges within the unversity will either accept the transcripts. If you took Englich, mathematics, science or social studies these will be accepted. However the electives will not be accepted.
